Passionate about health and well-being, I am a nutritionist, sports coach and top-level athlete.
In 2022, I took part in the Streetlifting World Championships, finishing 7th and 6th in the French Championships.

Over the past 10 years, I've come to understand the importance of a balanced diet and regular physical activity in achieving health and fitness goals.
Backed by my experience on the competition field, I approach every challenge with determination and perseverance, whether in my own sporting practice or in helping my clients achieve their goals.

I am immensely grateful to have found Mathieu, a nutritionist who has profoundly improved my diet and supported my recovery from Long Covid. When I first met Mathieu, he told me about the disadvantage of my plant-based diet. He taught me about strength training related nutrition. When I decided to stop smoking and take up sport again after an eight-year break, I called on Mathieu to set up a balanced diet adapted to my Crohn's disease and to guide me in getting back into shape.
His follow-up is flawless, even when I'm away on vacation. He sends me the week's sessions in great detail, and he's always available. Every little ache I've ever had has been resolved by his advice!!
I saw the evolution very quickly thanks to a personalized program!!
Today I can't do without this new discipline it's a real pleasure to go and train!!!
I recommend Mathieu to anyone who wants to get or stay in great shape!!! 💪😉

Mathieu has been training me for almost two years now, and I couldn't be happier with his services. What impressed me about Mathieu was his gift for observation. At one point, outside a training session, he saw that I was making a repeated gesture to massage the back of my knee. He asked me the context and frequency of my discomfort, and then recommended a simple exercise to strengthen the knee. It worked, with 2min of attention a day, it's magic.

Mathieu has been with me for over a year, in a variety of formats: distance learning, one-to-one, intensive, mixed.
